For all of our services below - an NDA and Service Contract is to be signed prior to consultation (if applicable).Help With Existing Formulation
FREE | Complimentary assistance with an existing formulation of yours or help with a formulation that we have already created.
Example 1: Consulting on how to use your existing formulation with our base.
Example 2: Providing a calculator for enhancer combinations and other flavor combinations that we have already created internally.
Custom Flavor Development
$1500 | Per custom flavor formulation with two rounds of samples and revisions.
For further rounds of samples and revisions above and beyond the two (2) included, a fee of $350 per hour will be charged.
Effects Formula Development
$2,500 | Per custom effects-based formulation with two rounds of samples and revisions. A maximum of three additives can be included per formulation, if you need to add more, please contact us for details. For further rounds of samples and revisions above and beyond the two (2) included, a fee of $350 per hour will be charged.
Custom Formula Calculator Development
$350 | Per hour for the creation of custom formula calculators along with a detailed explanation on how to use it. A typical custom calculator will take around one (1) hour. All formulation information comes from you and must be explained in detail ahead of time. Information needed includes potencies of additives, desired dosages, gummy size, and any other pertinent information.
Complimentary 2-Hour Training Class
FREE SERVICE | Complimentary two (2) hour class at our Northampton, MA location. You can choose from a pectin production class, a gelatin production class or a class which shows the production methods for both bases. In this class you will be shown how to work with our bases from start to finish with plenty of time to ask questions. You can choose whether you would like to see the gummy base deposited with a depositor, by hand pouring or both.
On-Site Training Session
$1500 | Per day of comprehensive training on-site in Northampton, MA. This training covers everything in our free class plus the evaluation of your equipment layout, a custom equipment list, detailed SOP discussion, formula calculator training, and production flow analysis to share with your team. A detailed Q&A session will be held.
Off-Site Training Session
$2,500 | Per day of on-site training with your team at your facility. This training covers everything in our free class plus the evaluation of your equipment layout, a custom equipment list, detailed SOP discussion, formula calculator training, and production flow analysis to share with your team. A detailed Q&A session will be held. Travel and accomodations will be charged separately if applicable.
General Support and Consultation
FREE SERVICE | We are always happy to offer complimentary support and assistance for general support questions along the way. Production questions, troubleshooting, tips and tricks, help with formula calculators, best methods for incorporating additives, etc. are just a few examples of general support. Simply reach out with your questions and we will be sure to respond as soon as possible.
Additional Support and Consultation
$350 | Per hour beyond normal support questions.
